- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Titanium Ride ships orders using trusted carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The shipping carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available when offered at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Titanium Ride will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, Titanium Ride is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted for shipment.
